THE RED PILL

DIALOGUE AND DISCUSSION ON EDUCATION, ENVIRONMENT AND RACE

ROY WOOD

The PERSON, who during the 1950's and the turbulent 1960's and 70's was a dynamic inspiration to those who were ready
(weather they did or did not know what he was doing is up for debate) TO LISTEN. Brother Wood, like Cater G.Woodson and J.A. Rogers (before him); used the

(new technology).radio (waves-frequencies) to prepare thousands of young people not to be cowards like their parents had been (and were being).. To stand vertical and correct. upright, and perpendicular to the horizontal, (in our existence-being) as we come to stand,on the square of life. TO BE. .

As an introduction to Brother Roy Wood and "One Black Man's Opinion" you can listen to music track 30 on the main page.  Roy Wood was known as one of the pioneers of Black Radio Journalism before it became
popular to call people Black. He was also one of the founders of the Black
Radio News Network.  The commentary that
is heard here was written by Cliff Black
and was broadcast on the A .G. Gaston Birmingham Ala.
radio station that Roy worked for at the time of his pasting.
