WORK FOR HIRE AGREEMENT BETWEEN ARTIST & PRODUCER

1. WHEREAS, __________________________ (hereinafter referredto as " ARTIST"), has at the request of ______________ (hereinafter referred to as "EMPLOYER") and upon EMPLOYER'S special order and commission agrees to participatein arrangements and perform as an actor in the Production ______________under the direction of ________________________as follows: _____________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________

2. WHEREAS, ARTIST and EMPLOYER agree that the saidperformance and arrangements shall be considered as worksmade for hire as contemplated and defined under the Federal laws of the United States of America governing Copyrights, Trademarks and Servicemarks.

3. NOW, THEREFORE, ARTIST agrees to perform for consideration in the amount of _________ percent (____%), upto a maximum of ____________ dollars ($____), of the gross income from the worldwide distribution rights, or monies from the sale, or other disposition of the movie, as received by EMPLOYER, and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. Payments to ARTIST shall be paid quarterly on income from distribution rights received until the maximum payment amount is made. In no event shall ARTIST'S consideration exceed the maximum amount stated above.

4. ARTIST hereby acknowledges such employment, and that under the terms of such employment such arrangements, performances and all rights appertaining thereto are entirely the property of EMPLOYER, its successors and assigns,absolutely and forever, for any and all copyright and trademark and servicemark terms and all extension and renewal terms of copyright, trademark and servicemark whether now known or hereafter created throughout the world, and for alluses and purposes whatsoever and free from the payment of any royalty or compensation whatsoever. ARTIST shall be givenvisible credit in the credits section of the final published edition of the Movie, should ARTIST'S performance and arrangements be used in the final published edition of the Movie.

5. ARTIST agrees to perform under the direction of EMPLOYER in good faith and to the best of ARTIST'S abilities. ARTIST understands that the use of ARTIST'S arrangements and performances in the final published edition of the Movie is totally at the discretion of EMPLOYER, and ARTIST'S employment is entirely at will and continuance of ARTIST'Semployment is subject to EMPLOYER'S discretion and artistic requirements. ARTIST agrees that payment of ARTISTS consideration as stated above is totally contingent on ARTIST completing the performance and/or arrangements contracted for as stated above.

6. The parties agree that the terms and provisions of thiscontract shall be interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and seals this _________ day of _______________________ 19 ___.
