Thank you for this link.  I have signed Daniel up and we will begin this evening.

Daniel enjoyed his first lesson.  As always, he got upset when he did not answer correctly or before time ran out.  I attempted to remind him that the first lesson is for diagnostic purposes, but he didn't care.  So I decided to leave him alone to do it his way.  I was pleased to see that the lessons are short for the Kindergarten setting.
