Well, exactly who is this we you are referring to? I have witnessed scores of people who lacked genius. In fact I know quite a few. No I rarely see it in others only others I see it in.

I think the question that needs to be asked is how does one release the genie?

So, the question being asked is "Would you like to be a genius?" and no one has answered "Yes, I would like to be a genius.". Can anyone please share why?

Barry, I was alluding the art of just being. By no means is that an easy task in this day and time. It takes a particular thought process to be. That is markedly different in just doing. The best metaphor I know is shooting pool.

Most people shoot pool using angles. The pool master uses the art of "english", isn't that an odd word to apply to a game or is it? The person who uses angles only, when playing a master, will under certain circumstances win a few games especially if the master allows him. However, once a master breaks the balls almost always he is on control of the game because he in control of himself. He not only practiced but he transcended just regular good pool playing. It requires a certain kind of genius to even recognize the master let alone play at the level. Being that I was once an apprentice to a master player when I asked him how he chose me he replied, because I chose him.

In other words I not only saw his high skill level I saw and appreciated the dedication he put into his game. I could not fake that. The reason he helped me was he saw the dedication I was putting in trying to master the game. I never reached his level of play. My job and other things prevented that. I did learn the game well enough to keep the wolves off me and in that world that is some feat indeed. However, the skill of "english" is a beautiful thing, but the uneducated eye will never see it.
