Al, Catherine, all

My overall experience was thinking was the goal was achieved. When the conflict between you & Gerry existed at first there was:
1. emotion
2. misunderstanding
3. an escalation of the situation

Then after an off-line conversation there was
1. A re-connection
2. acknowledgement and amendment
3. emotions de-escalated.

CONGRATULATIONS! You modeled what you wanted to achieve. Here's the thing.
1. You Al, have the experience of your training with Dr. Black.
2. Gerry, you have your non-Dr. B lack experience.

Both are valid and both worked!!!! In REAL TIME
There was no great explosion! There was no great physical blow-up! Both sides remained in space.

So, what can you gleam from that experience?
wow
It was WONDERFUL to see Al, Catherine and William and to meet Steven FLowers & Louise Lovedahl in person and Dr. Black and to make new friends. That brought a good vibe and feeling. It was difficult for me to be around MKPers as I still have a lot of bad vibes about the MKP experience and that's something I'll be looking at.

Overall, the workshop is a reminder of how knowledge can lead to understanding and peace and simplicity.
WOW,WOW!!!!!
Barry, thanks. Was exhausted, every thing's surreal right now.
EMPOWERING TO SAY THE LEAST!

Dave Jones, rated the training outstanding and wrote, “Thanks for sharing some of your light and time!”
Al, Catherine, Dr. Black. I'm home now and still processing. Overall, I am amazed a the level of peacefulness that this work with Dr. Black has led to an increased level of peacefulness and an ability of all of you to maintain this level of peace. My 1st intuitive reaction as I walked in the room was how peaceful you, Catherine, William, and a few others exuded. This was not the norm several yeas ago. Therefore, I am gifted and inspired by your dedication to learning and by the observed affects. And to that and for that I say, THANK YOU!!!!
Barry, as you are aware upset and confusion was a major part of my existence. Hear me that I have stepped into the circle dozens and dozens of times trying to get up under the causes of it all, especially around my so called race.

No matter how much work I did, I'd find myself back at square one, sill angry, still confused. I remembered Mr. Black saying repeatedly, "Above all things get understanding." Now that is an ancient saying and I couldn't see how it would apply to my emotions especially with a subject as sensitive and seductive as race. Thinking, "What the hell?", I began to seek understanding. To my amazement the emotional charges left.

Once I understood that this whole quagmire we know as 'race" was just some made up nonsense propagated by people who initially used the erroneous assumptions and notions of superiority in order to justify their kidnapping, imprisonment, exploitation and oppression of people who did not look like them, I understood contextually what had happened and why I felt that way. Once I saw for myself what the cheat was, I was "jeff wise" enough to know any upset I had was my own. It had nothing to do with so called people because there is no such thing as white people. The goddamn joke was on me!!!

What do you do when see the insides of a joke? Laugh!

Namaska,
Namaska BCF.
The capacity for higher sensory perception is a great value to have. The ability to observe is a part of what makes the genie come alive in our lives. I appreciate u Bro. Barry.
Mr. Black
DENNY'S!!! It's NO Urban Myth! It's TRUTH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
_______________________________________________________________

Well, if you thought that what you heard about Denny's was an "Urban Myth", guess what? "A Funny Thing Happened On The Way..." home from a Symposium on Race!!!

I stopped to have some pancakes at a Denny's. It wasn't even 1/4 filled and the young man actually seated me on the other side of the restaurant AWAY from the other patrons, all by myself.

LOL!!! SEPARATE BUT EQUAL!!! LOL!!!

So, I decided not to say anything and to just sit in it and see how it felt. I decided that I just wanted to find out how the pancakes tasted. LOL!!! I could have done better at McDonald's!

Anyway, I paid for my food (everyone was polite & attentive) and I left.

How do I feel about the experience? What a joke!!! I'm still laughing!!!

Barry, Denny's and a host of other establishments or shall I say their employees. Certainly after paying out millions and millions of dollars I wouldn't think Denny's corporate HQ supports discrimination. If they do then they don't like money.

It's good that you can laugh about it. I remember once in Memphis we hosted a Warriors and Healers event. We all went to the local International Pancake House where the assistant manager was down right nasty. Big mistake on his part. After challenging him we all left. I could not spend my money after having been insulted. However we made life a little unpleasant for this human.

What I know today is just because I am aware doesn't mean ignorance has been abated. Yes my friend you are right institutionalized racism and bigotry are still alive and well and still being practiced by ignorant and stupid people. Prejudice and discrimination unfortunately are still realities and still all of this is based on ignorance and stupidity. Mostly it is based on xenophobia guised as racism. I cannot fight racism. It is not my fight to fight.

I can do something to empower myself and to develop my thinking. I applaud you and when you think about it the shit is hilarious. Oh and Mickey Ds has better coffee also. ROTFLMAO!
