Just some minor research revealed that they certainly are not negritos, small capitalization done by me on purpose, as not to disrespect these people. Right away I could see the attempt to label them as what they are not. If I view them as they have been depicted and labeled then I am seeing them out of the eyes of people that did the same thing to me and to people I am relative to, i. I did find out they were called Aeta (pronounced as “eye-ta,”), Agta or Ayta. Still researching, but this would be  good topic for class tomorrow.
