Namaska Mrs. B,

I've been working a lot lately. I started back on my PhD studies this semester and I am well... thanks for asking. I should be able to make most classes now because I will not have to work late anymore. I posted this podcast because I understand that this is what you have been sharing with people for a long time. This is coming from an individual who "learned" how to "learn" despite "obstacles" life presented him. He took it upon himself to learn---he did not wait for anyone to "give" him anything-- many people do not do this.

There are people who listening and those who have listened (I happen to be one); some will do and some will not. Unlearning some bad habits and learning new ones can be uncomfortable and some do not like feeling uncomfortable... but what is not realized is that with practice (consistency), self-motivation... all things are possible and achievable. And might I add practice....Peace Lord.

Namaska Quitah, how have you been---I hope that all is well---this article is of the utmost importance---Why is it that people all over the world are starting to learn about learning and yet those that we may be relative to seem to think or should I say 'believe' that learning is of no importance. This process is what I have tried to share with our students---for those that have been receptive, those few have received great benefit---Just maybe there may still be time........(B)
