Mr. Black, by "do" are you asking about his efforts as it relates to non violent protest and civil disobedience or are you asking what accomplishments he contributed to the quest for freedom?

Here is what I will venture to say so far. On the one hand he inspired a few people to take on governments, businesses and groups to challenge laws and circumstances that were unequal. Of course he was not the only one. I would then have to say the thrust of his inspiration came from his ability to project certain thoughts, via the spoken word, in a very measured and different way to move people to action in a way that had been done on this continent.

Am I close?
Yes, YOU are close, but we must not stop at the start of the investigation. Those who stop will never become top detectives and will miss what Conan D. was trying to tell us in his S.H. adventures.
Here is an interesting link with some little known or at least seldom discussed information about Dr. King and his efforts.

This and other articles will highlight how Dr. King met major opposition from the National Baptist Convention and how in 1961 at the NBC a fight broke out where one man, A. G. Wright, of Detroit was knocked from the stage and killed.

The NBC opposed the tactics of Dr. King and the Freedom Riders so much that they passed a resolution saying so. At that time the NBC had 10,000 preachers as members and several million lay members. As a result of this the Progressive National Baptist Convention was founded.

I have maintained that so called Negro Christians in mass were not supportive of direct action and civil disobedience. However, the way it is represented in the media and history you'd think every Negro minister in the country support King. They are LYING through their teeth. These were the same jigaboo sell outs that always place themselves in positions to negotiate for people that didn't ask them to.

We start Negro History month again tomorrow. I guess the plethora of lies will continue. Well my mission in life is to expose the lies. The belief that the so called civl rights movement was supported by the masses is in fact a nonsensical Negro reality. It is a fabrication and in some cases pure histrionics.
I wonder, where is captain Sir talk alot, when the discussion starts to be about what things are rather than what things ought to be.
Sean Hannity?

Get ready for CNN to tell U all about YOUR HISTORY and in doing so we can start here.
