The Law of Moses

The Law of Moses also known as Pentateuch or Torah, refers to the first five books of the Old Testament.  Pentateuch derived from the Greek words meaning five (pente) scrolls (teuchos) and Torah is a Hebraic word meaning instruction or teaching.

Muslims refer to the Torah as Tawrat (توراة, "Law"), an Arabic word for the revelations given to the Islamic prophet Musa (موسى, Moses in Arabic).

The Hebraic word for Moses is Mosheh means savior and possibly drawn out of the water.

This can pass for a real Bible Study Class, if you are lucky enough to find people, who might really want to learn about the Book, that they say that they Love!

I'd really appreciate a Bible study class that would assist with identifying the differences of "God", the "LORD God" and the "Lord".

According to the New Oxford American Dictionary:  

Moses (14th-13th Centuries BC) Hebrew prophet and lawgiver; brother of Aaron.  According to the biblical account, he was born in Egypt and led the Israelites across the desert to ward the Promised Land.  During the journey he was inspired by God on Mount Sinai to write down the Ten Commandments on tablets of Stone.

According to the Columbia Encyclopedia:

Sargon I, King of Babylonia about 3800 BC known as Sargon the Ancient.  According to tradition his mother a princess placed him as an infant in a box on the river Euphrates, where he was found by a laborer who brought him up.  Sargon became king and conquered neighboring countries.  Greek authors relate a similar story of an Assyrian king named Belitaras.

Now, this is a good look at information that is, in most cases, taught in a very confusing way!
