As far as I've read, our same-ness is elements( Na Mg, Ca, K,etc) acidic, contains minerals, has self cleaning properties, and suppliers of energy.  Magnesium just sticks out to me as highly flammable metal that produces a brilliant white light. like a star... Am I on the right track?
