To which I reply to my own thought:
Institutions that enter nations/states and apply regime change must require tacit/unpublished approval from more than one opposing nation/state.

To which I further reply to myself:Wow those royalty words are all over this. I edited out sovereign because I thought "no, I'm not talking about European defined Kings and patriarchy;" only to then spot after I sent the above reply that I had used the word REGime.
As in Regal. Register. Regency. Royal. Rey. Ray.
To which I now have a laugh at the literary trope regarding Rays of the Sun.
And that know/now are probably the same word. I'll have to put that on the research list; my suspicion is suddenly on that mysterious silent k.
