Mayor Lindsay severely criticized the police for their lack of action.  Police Department organization leaders later accused Lindsay of "undermining the confidence of the public in its Police Department" by his statements, and blamed the inaction on inadequate preparations and "inconsistent directives" in the past from the Mayor's office.

The Police Officers on the scene needed directives to act?  Who and/or what is the Police department placed in a position to protect and serve if they stood by as people were attacked?  Sounds like the walking dead to me.

How many of us can tie together the abstracts and see how most people are being manipulated with the way they THINK.

Doing some studying of the federal and state of Maryland constitutions, I thought back on my time serving in the US Army, National Guard and as a policy enforcement officer, I thought of the oaths I had taken, "I will protect and defend the constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic....."  what I realize now is that I was TOLD who my enemies were.

You may have been told WHO by those that some consider to be the enemy...!!!
