Am I correct in that this park was originally named the Shelby City Negro State Park, then changed to the Thomas O. Fuller State Park and now is being called the C.H. Nash Museum at Chucalissa?  This park consists 1,138 acres and is filled with a diverse wildlife!  This would be a great location that can be used as a learning location for young people!  I have all kinds of ideas in mind just thinking about this opportunity.  What is happening with this land?  Are developers looking to buy lots and convert them for commercial use?

Namaska A. Hotep,

Check out Stop this Land Grab and you should find the information about T. O. FULLER & the Park. It can be found under forum in environment.

B.

This was definitely an interesting read. My hope is that people come out to support the mission. There has already been a land grab on Chucalissa Indian Village. As a child, Natives of Chucalissa Village spoke. They spoke about some heavy subject matters that I still remember. Just reading the information about Thomas O Fuller is refreshing to know.
