Iv'e been having a few small health issues that have given me the will to explore and learn what and what not to put into my (our) body(ies). Interesting that all what of was intended for longevity and sustainable health was/is placed here on the land we live....we give to the earth, and the earth gives back to us...simple. I always thought that 'eating healthy' would be extremely hard, but...it comes natural. I have a determination to rid myself of all the harmful foods and meds   (meds that have stripped away essentials from my immune system) and within due time....become close to whole again.....
