THE RED PILL

DIALOGUE AND DISCUSSION ON EDUCATION, ENVIRONMENT AND RACE

This post is a response to D'Arra's discussion about conflict. It was posted by Rashonda Lewis-moore (the one, neo. the second coming etc.etc.(B)

Not only is conflict not a bad thing, but is necessary in order for a business or group to evolve. Bright minds often disagree, but what comes out of those disagreements can be something truly great. The question is whether the reason for the conflict is ego or a genuine non-meeting of minds.

The root of integrity is "integer" meaning "whole or sound" so what integrity brings to a business or group is soundness. Everyone is working for the benefit of the business, not for the benefit of ego. Accountability derives from "computare" meaning "calculate". So having folks on board who are truly accountable adds value to the business or group.

Lol!
Wow, Now that is something because i was just thinking about the fact that the word HOLY also will lead to whole and sound. Maybe we had all better pay attention and get busy so that we can figure this out.

When you bring the two words together or in the case of groups or business, when you merge the concepts of integrity and accountability you have congruency, to come together, agree. Now you can achieve extraordinary results.

We discussed "conflict" (in terms of war) in class last night.  Although I'm on the outside looking in at my job (I work IN the office but not FOR the office) I see conflict all the time.  When it becomes problematic, ego is ALWAYS at the root.

Namaska K.

Please be sure to bring this up in class as soon as possible.

B.
