In order to give your question meaning and purpose, you must do some ground work. Go in and find out all that u can about what read-ing actually 'IS'. -----Please do not allow the brain to settle for what has been told to u about this art. What you are asking about, is a craft or maybe I should say, a technology. It (the capacity to read), is a skill that can be developed in order to aid the self with navigation through life as it lives in the (A) world, that has been created and constructed at this time. One of the resources that can be used to help with this investigation is the book (movie) 'Animal Farm' written by George Orwell. For you to accomplish an understanding about this issue you are going to have to learn how to construct mathematical questions, and, this takes time. (B).
