I am grateful for your willingness to guide and facilitate my journey of educating myself.  I don't have the disk and book referred to above and I have the means to acquire them I believe.  Point me in the direction and I will get them.  The idea of creating my own seems like a worthwhile way for me to master the techniques.  I am ready and willing........M

Learning to overcome the fear of what we sometimes do not actually know is paramount if some of us are to ever be successful at breaking out of the prison that has been constructed for us to exist in, without being aware that  one is, in fact, in a prison..
