The Red Pill II: Symposium on Race

(A PROLEGOMENA TO ANY FUTURE DIALOGUE OR DISCUSSION ON RACE IN AMERICA)

Race, race relations and relevant issues are often ill-defined, frequently confusing, always sensitive, emotionally charged, and tinged with guilt, over-compensation, subjective data, inconsistent judgments, and incongruent conclusions. The conversation of race is both seductive and unfulfilling and often loaded with conflicting data and misinformation. The Red Pill II starts from the origin and exposes the myths, lies and delusions of this most relevant subject matter. Language and the thoughts that it imprints are the key to unlocking the mysteries and codes connected to the concept of race.
Read testimony from past workshop participants:

"Amazing and life transforming." Johnny Marsh, Red Pill I participant, Denver Co

"A deeper understanding of what I thought was just superficial knowledge." Ansar El, Red Pill I participant, Denver, Co

"I'll never look in the mirror again and see the same face. It redefined my notion of race." Michael Talley, Red Pill I participant, Denver, Co

Actually the start time will be 6:30 on Friday. It restarts at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. We deliberately left off any agenda or outline because of the experiential nature of the training. Of course the issue as we stated is race. What the training addresses is how we came to think about race in the manner it has been constructed for us and couched in the various forms it presently appears.

This is not about any blaming or shaming anyone or any group. This is not a fix to the race problem, if in fact a race problem exists, nor are making any antiracism statement. In a nutshell we help the participants deconstruct any illusions they have about race using historical information, data and fact. From that point we aid them in reconstructing something that is foundational that they can see and true for themselves and not be dependent on any one else's definitions of what is.
